Group Information

Complimentary Policy:

One complimentary room with each group / 10 room minimum. Discounted pricing available for bus drivers.

 

Room Block:

Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate any and all group requests.

 

Rooming List:

Complete rooming list is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

 

Deposit for Groups:

A deposit of $200 is required to secure your group on a definite basis.

 

Payement:

Balance in full is due upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit Card.

 

Special Needs:

Should anyone in the group require special needs (ex: cot, etc), please let us know in advance or note this on the rooming list.

Need a location for your next meeting or group gathering? We are thrilled to announce we opened a brand new function room facility on May 1, 2011. Our new Lafayette function room can accommodate groups ranging in size from 5 to over 100 people depending on room setup.
